financial modeling: whether you want to get a better grip on your finances and estimate your runway and/or you want to present convincing and thought out projections to investors, we can build a business model reflective of your current and future operations.

reporting: based on your business model, we can create monthly and multi-year pro-forma and budget P&Ls and cash flow projections, and put in place, via a selected bookkeeper, a reporting of your actual performance against your budget. You are in control and you can share with confidence your results with potential or current investors. (Key applications: bill.com, Quickbooks Online)

supply chain implementation or buildout: we help promising and fast-growing startups put in place the production and distribution of their products. We can recommend and/or negotiate agreements with co-packers as well as with 3PLs. In addition to the standard integration between your DTC (Direct-To-Consumer) web platform such as Shopify and a selected 3PL, we can recommend and implement an integrated turnkey solution offering a web platform to sell your products B2B (Business-To-Business) directly online to your wholesale customers. All your orders, whether DTC and B2B can then be visible in one location and pushed to your 3PL. (Key applications: Shopify, Quickbooks Commerce, CartRover)

the launch of a product: market research, planning, packaging development or adaptation of foreign packaging to FDA and/or USDA regulations / standards, launch ... we have the contacts to make it happen and the experience to coordinate all parties.

the launch of an existing or new retail concept: the costs are high and the planning is long. From overall planning, to financial projections, store layout, site selection, construction bidding and supervision of build out, to hiring and training of your team, we have developed the network to make it happen in the New York City market and beyond.
